Pegolas – 1600’s airy, Italian sun protection

We have helped customers create some excellent structures from remarkable woods. Here is a reclaimed heart pine patio pergola and a reclaimed tank redwood rooftop pergola in NYC’s Washington Square Park next to NYU in Greenwich Village.

As you can see, pergolas also serve to create more comfortable Sidewalk Sitting and Porch Perching. These are made of ___ and ___.

We are currently milling to replace the portico at the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum in New York City.

Sourcing from Western Red Cedar utility poles, we’re crafting beautiful new timbers to do the sun shading in the Arthur Ross Terrace at the museum.

They will last a few decades before being replaced.
